Zimbra 4.5.7's connector is not compatible with Outlook running on Vista, from experience it currently works very well with XP and Outlook 2003. Zimbra 5 is due out in November, and will include compatibility for Outlook 2007 and Vista. Perhaps you should trot over to Zimbra's demo of Zimbra 5, and download the connector for it, to test it out on Vista/Outlook 2007?
